Remove laces before washing: Dirt collects around the eyelets of the Roller Kick shoes, so removing the laces will give water and detergent access. Wash those laces while you’re at it!

Pretreat soiled sneakers: Dirt and mud are protein stains, and roller shoes are best treated using an enzymatic stain remover like Krud Kutter Sports Stain Remover.

Use cold water, then air-dry your sneakers: Flip the tongue over the toe box so air can better circulate through the interior of the shoe as it dries.

Our roller shoes are shipped from our partnered factories in Singapore and Malaysia. Please expect products to be shipped separately if you order more than one product.

All orders will typically be dispatched within 3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and we will kindly assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. We are not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

We ship orders placed before 5:30PM PST / 8:30PM EST the same day Monday–Saturday excluding holidays.

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

How to claim your money back:

1. To be eligible to claim a refund, a claim must be made within 60 days of claimant receiving the product.

2. To make a claim, simply email a customer care representative at andrew@rollerkick.com a blank email with the subject header "60 Day money back guarantee".

3. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of our product, email a customer care representative via the same email chain sharing your review and money back request.

4. Once approved, return the product in the original packaging via a traceable mail service 70 days from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative. Note that the claimant is responsible for any postage fees associated with returns.

5. Incomplete indecipherable or illegal claims will be deemed invalid. Real postage cost for the sending and return of our product will be covered by the claimant.
